2012 Elections and Annual Membership Meeting
The annual Elections and Annual Membership Meeting will be held at Barnwell Mountain Recreation Area on April 28, 2012.
The meeting will begin at 1:00 PM at the Pavilion. The slate for the elections is posted in a separate post below. If you cannot attend the meeting, please cut and paste the posted ballot information into an email and send to your completed ballot to contact@texasmotorizedtrails.com for inclusion in the voting. Please include your name and membership number for verification of membership. Please vote for representatives in your region. Elections for Executive positions and At Large Seats are state wide. Members who would like to participate on the Teller Committee should contact: contact@texasmotorizedtrails.com and advise of the committee you would like to serve. We hope to see a huge turnout at BMRA. The weather this spring has been off the charts BEAUTIFUL and Terry and his Operations Committee have done a wonderful job of polishing things up for the meeting. Come join us!

Members:
Voting for Officers this year will be conducted from the TMTC web site, by paper ballot available at the BMRA Office and by mail in ballot for folks who do not have an email address associated with their membership. Member can vote on-line via email until Midnight, April 27, 2012 and at the annual meeting until the last call for ballots. Ballots will be available at the BMRA Office beginning weekend of April 6. Members who do not have an email address listed on-line can receive a ballot by mail. Ballots must be postmarked no later than Midnight April 23, 2012 to be valid. Complete this ballot and mail it to: Election of Officers ~ 2012 6284 State Highway 155 N Gilmer, TX 75645 I urge every member to vote and to join us on April 28 at the Elections and Annual Meeting. Activities begin at 1:00 pm. The meeting should conclude by 3:00 pm so all can get back to enjoying the park.
